Always making people feel welcome and… Always making people feel welcome and not forgotten about. Theres a lot of things I forget I brought up previously or that we moved on from for a moment and then circled back around to as opposed to just ending the topic unresolved. I've been feeling a lot better and looking forward to speaking with the group every week.

I have loved that it is a space for… I have loved that it is a space for everyone to share and get insight from their peers. Hearing other people’s experiences and how they navigate difficult situations is so helpful.

A great experience I absolutely love Rachel (my journey guide) She is great, so friendly and is so supportive. I think it's just great that they offer this service because it's much more anxiety friendly than going into a psychologist office. I also love the group aspect because it's a chance to make new friends, play some new video games and for someone quiet like me, other people to lead the conversation where I can chime in with my experiences and everything. It's just so much more comfortable than any office I've been into.

It feels like a safe space It feels like a safe space and I love that I’m encouraged to do something chill in the background. Playing something not too distracting like animal crossing helps me stay focused
