I love the fact that we as patients are able to look at provider profiles and really find a provider that fits our needs. I feel like I’ve been able to make a positive connection with my clinician which has been amazing. I would highly recommend Rula.

Rula employs bad business practices Rula employs bad business practices by auto-scheduling re-occurring therapy sessions without consent nor confirmation. On top of that, they charge $99 for missed sessions you did not want. Support claims that the sessions were scheduled on behalf of the patient by the provider and that Rula sending you an email is sufficient confirmation of the appointment. This is malpractice. Very disappointing.

Vulnerable teenager last minute cancellation The website is a mess after the name change. No information was requested, and my phone number was not recognized preventing me from logging in. Had to wait hours for an automated email. Then appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice for a vulnerable teenager. Admin and IT are a mess. Stay away until they get their house in order.

Jennifer Weiss is amazing, thoughtful and kind. I am grateful to have been meeting with her. There are deeper painful feelings that I had not addressed processed and now I am. I have been treating since mid February. The zoom application can be tricky at times but mostly user error. This has been a great experience and I am feeling relief from carrying so much on my mind, body and spirit. Keep up the great work!
