USI have been using Recoverwell since its… I have been using Recoverwell since its launch in 2021 and it has been a life changing tool for patients who come into the hospital seeking substance use treatment. With limited time in the emergency department and when patients get admitted, I often need to scramble to find treatment programs but Recoverwell allows me to contact multiple programs at once, thus increasing the chance of a patient getting help right away. I rarely have any issues with the platform, but if I ever do their help team is always available to fix anything! I have helped many patients over the past two years and I look forward to helping more patients.
