They help me connect my patients to Drug and Alcohol recovery programs almost instantly while they are still with me in the Emergency Department. As a Substance Use Navigator, this is an easy tool to use as I connect patients to recovery and advocate for their care. Their software is easy to use, and keeps me in the loop 24/7 for my patients.
