Life changing I went to Sandy for help with a specific issue, and walked away with so much more. Over the course of four weeks, Sandy not only helped me to achieve my initial goals, but also worked with me to develop a broader framework for dealing with stress, engaging in my relationships and, most importantly, understanding and taking care of myself.
