When I first started working with Sandy in 2016, we focused mostly on reducing test anxiety. With the help of Sandy's one-on-one hypnotherapy sessions and audio guided meditation, I no longer feel anxious when sitting for large exams. Her sessions also helped me retain information when studying! After the success with reducing anxiety, I asked Sandy to help me in other areas of life. From there Sandy completely transformed my personality; i have quit smoking, hypnotherapy for weight loss along with vegan cleanse, passed 3 career focused exams, and completed two sessions of hypnotherapy with my loving partner. Before my first experience with Sandy… Before my first experience with Sandy Ames, I was in therapy for thirteen years with spotty results and ineffective medication. My mind and body were out of wack; I was overweight and severely depressed; my anxiety kept me indoors and unable to sleep at night. I also experienced physical pain, and my addictions were out of control. For years, something kept nagging me (in the back of my head) that "I" was the actual cause of all the mishaps in my life, and I decided to try hypnotherapy. With no expectations and nothing to lose, I attended my first secession. I loved Sandy immediately. She is welcoming, kind, funny, and professional. Additionally, she shares candid and impactful stories, a strategic component of hypnotherapy. But the most astonishing element of the whole process is how immediate and natural the results feel. Areas of my life that I struggled with for years were no longer a part of my daily life. Then the next thing I knew, they were out of my life completely. Miraculously I stand here today, having gained control and focus over various areas of my life. It is wild; I am happier now, my addictions have subsided, I lost weight, and so much more. Although I was apprehensive, Sandy introduced the importance of meditation. I cannot give enough praise to Sandy… I cannot give enough praise to Sandy Ames. I am in Europe and I had an online hypnotherapy session with Sandy who was in NY. Sandy made absoulutely sure that I was under hypnosis. I have so many, many positive side benefits from that one session, even though it has been months! I don't know where to start. My previously asymetrical smile ( since childhood and now I am 58) is now symetrical. It never bothered me much to have an asymmetrical smile, and that is not what I came for but my point is, the WHOLE ME is so much more balanced and aligned that it shows on my outside. Also, and this is very important, even though I could only afford one session, it gave me so, so much AND ALL recorded hypnosis, wether from Sandy Ames or from other hypnotists work so, so much better now. Thank you Sandy, and thank you for being so aligned and authentic.

If I could give 10 stars I would! If I could give 10 stars I would!! I signed up for hypnotherapy sessions with Sandy after struggling to achieve a healthy weight. I didn’t feel like myself anymore and felt frustrated and out of control. I had no idea what to expect, or how hypnotherapy worked. What a wonderful experience..and it seemed so easy! I cannot express how very grateful I am to Sandy for helping me find myself again. I never thought I’d get back to my “old self”. I am truly blessed to have found her! ❤️
