Amazing! I do not have the words to explain how much Sandy has changed my life in just four sessions. She is simply amazing. Thoughtful, inciteful, kind. I loved my sessions and I will be back as and when needed. I wish I had found Sandy many years ago!

If I could give 10 stars I would! If I could give 10 stars I would!! I signed up for hypnotherapy sessions with Sandy after struggling to achieve a healthy weight. I didn’t feel like myself anymore and felt frustrated and out of control. I had no idea what to expect, or how hypnotherapy worked. What a wonderful experience..and it seemed so easy! I cannot express how very grateful I am to Sandy for helping me find myself again. I never thought I’d get back to my “old self”. I am truly blessed to have found her! ❤️

I went to Sandy for multiple things and by the time we finished our sessions, I couldn’t believe how far I’ve come and I was secretly sad to be parting ways for now. Who would have thought I’d be able to take control of my panic attacks and who would have thought I would enjoy my flights?! Sandy’s energy and personality just radiates. Truly felt so heard, safe and comfortable with her. I thank G-d for putting Sandy in my path and feel so lucky to have met someone so wonderful. There’s not a someone in my life who doesn’t know about Sandy and my love for her. 1000000/10000000 recommend! Truly life changing!!
