Sandy is incredible Sandy is incredible! Tough love and empathy in perfect balance! Exactly what I needed to quit smoking! She goes deeper than the problem of smoking and treats the issues that cause you to smoke to begin with!

If I could give 10 stars I would! If I could give 10 stars I would!! I signed up for hypnotherapy sessions with Sandy after struggling to achieve a healthy weight. I didn’t feel like myself anymore and felt frustrated and out of control. I had no idea what to expect, or how hypnotherapy worked. What a wonderful experience..and it seemed so easy! I cannot express how very grateful I am to Sandy for helping me find myself again. I never thought I’d get back to my “old self”. I am truly blessed to have found her! ❤️

Life changing I went to Sandy for help with a specific issue, and walked away with so much more. Over the course of four weeks, Sandy not only helped me to achieve my initial goals, but also worked with me to develop a broader framework for dealing with stress, engaging in my relationships and, most importantly, understanding and taking care of myself. In doing so, she has transformed my ability to manage my traps of anxiety and perfectionism. I feel more empowered, in control and "myself" than I can remember. Truly an amazing professional. Truly an amazing professional. Sandy was able to help me with my weight loss. So far, I am down over 80 pounds, and it truly felt effortless. The second you meet her you will understand just what great hands you are in. Sandy took the time to get to know me. She was very insightful into what would work for me and what would not. I suspect everyone is different and she tailored a program just for me. Her voice is soothing and when coupled with her intuition, was exactly what I needed. I admit to thinking hypnosis was a bit hocus pocus, but after meeting with Sandy and having a few session, I am a true believer. Sandy tok the time to explain why it works and why the subconscious part of my brain would react the way it did.
