Truly an amazing professional. Truly an amazing professional. Sandy was able to help me with my weight loss. So far, I am down over 80 pounds, and it truly felt effortless. The second you meet her you will understand just what great hands you are in. Sandy took the time to get to know me. She was very insightful into what would work for me and what would not. I suspect everyone is different and she tailored a program just for me. Her voice is soothing and when coupled with her intuition, was exactly what I needed. I admit to thinking hypnosis was a bit hocus pocus, but after meeting with Sandy and having a few session, I am a true believer. Sandy tok the time to explain why it works and why the subconscious part of my brain would react the way it did. I have taken to calling her Doctor Sandy, because she really is at that level of her profession. No matter what your issue, you will be in the best hands with Sandy.

Hypnotherapy w/ Sandy Ames works! I signed up for hypnotherapy with Sandy a few weeks ago as a New Year gift to myself to work on my confidence. After just a few sessions, a shift happened in my brain - my inner self talk improved. The feelings of fear or not knowing / nerves are less intense. Sure I still get worried or slightly overthink at times but deep down now I know I'm going to be ok and everything will be ok. I am more aware of the emotions I attach to things or tasks that I never knew I did before. I'm getting more comfortable with not knowing all the answers. The wheels are still turning in my head and I continue to have mini breakthroughs here and there which I love. Thank you Sandy and I'll be back.

I went to Sandy for multiple things and by the time we finished our sessions, I couldn’t believe how far I’ve come and I was secretly sad to be parting ways for now. Who would have thought I’d be able to take control of my panic attacks and who would have thought I would enjoy my flights?! Sandy’s energy and personality just radiates.
