Hypnotherapy w/ Sandy Ames works! I signed up for hypnotherapy with Sandy a few weeks ago as a New Year gift to myself to work on my confidence. After just a few sessions, a shift happened in my brain - my inner self talk improved. The feelings of fear or not knowing / nerves are less intense. Sure I still get worried or slightly overthink at times but deep down now I know I'm going to be ok and everything will be ok. I am more aware of the emotions I attach to things or tasks that I never knew I did before. I'm getting more comfortable with not knowing all the answers.
