It's affordable and in a time of extreme need and a dark point in my life a betterhelp matched me with a therapist and since my sessions started I am a happier, brighter and motivated person. I was worried because I lost my job and money was tight but if you feel it's very important find a way for your happiness and trust me it's worth it.

I wish I would have started this sooner I’d been putting off therapy for a long time because of thinking I wouldn’t be able to figure out how to work it out with my work schedule.
