PHplus plus BetterHelp encourages everyone to open the pandoras box. It makes you realize that therapy is not just for the weak but also for the strong.

GBGreat therapist, unaffordable. My therapist is great, I just can't afford paying out of pocket for therapy. I pay $360/mo with therapy which as a single parent is unsustainable. I followed my therapist to BetterHelp from a couples therapy platfomr when my relationship dissolved to help continue walking me through the transition. I wish there were more options for payment.

GBI wish I would have started this sooner I’d been putting off therapy for a long time because of thinking I wouldn’t be able to figure out how to work it out with my work schedule. I finally decided to try better help and it has been fantastic. I was matched with a great therapist and have different time options during the week to be able to have a session. It has helped me with tools to work through stressful/anxious moments especially with my job. I wish I would have started this sooner, but I’m thankful for the help I have received so far and look forward to the positive changes to come.

GBFinally a platform for mental health that helps Using Better help has been a huge relief, Finding the right therapist can feel like dating, in that you have to look around sometimes before you find the right fit ; Thus I was grateful when they asked the right questions upfront in order to set me up with a good match. They do make it easy for (if you chose ) you can switch therapists easily as well.

GBBetterHelp is so helpful I was skeptical about starting with BetterHelp because I would often see it on TV ads and computer ads and I thought it was too good to be real. I was wrong. BetterHelp offers many things to help those who are in need of it and are looking for it. I’m so happy I gave it a chance and I think it’s definitely worth it.
