Making therapy easier, more flexible, and innovative using tech I love being able to talk to my counselor wherever I am. There have been times when I need to talk to my counselor the most while I have been out of town and a traditional session would not have been possible. From the app I can send messages to my counselor to mention something we should talk about in our next meeting or to reschedule last minute. The app also has a journal feature where you can share (or not share) a journal entry to give more insight to your counselor about a topic that you have been dealing with. I like having the option to have a video or phone call. Some days it's just nice to not have a face to face when you're feeling really down or don't want to get out of bed.

life-changing and a safe zone I've been wanting to start a therapy for years and starting December 2023 this platform really changed a lot in my life. after a round of questions i was assigned a therapist and he's an absolute blessing! there's no judgement or anything, you're the focus and your wellbeing. The platform offers mobile and web versions and options to chat, voice or video call the therapist. otherwise there are also group sessions for different topics where you can take part too. i absolutely love the whole experience and glad i found BetterHelp and that it helped me find my therapist too.

It's affordable and in a time of extreme need and a dark point in my life a betterhelp matched me with a therapist and since my sessions started I am a happier, brighter and motivated person. I was worried because I lost my job and money was tight but if you feel it's very important find a way for your happiness and trust me it's worth it.

A good matching process It has been a good experience working with betterhelp.com. I have a good therapist who I can recommend. I am benefiting from her skills, experience and goodwill. I feel that she is a good match for me. We meet once a week virtually and that is very convenient.

Great therapist, unaffordable. My therapist is great, I just can't afford paying out of pocket for therapy. I pay $360/mo with therapy which as a single parent is unsustainable. I followed my therapist to BetterHelp from a couples therapy platfomr when my relationship dissolved to help continue walking me through the transition. I wish there were more options for payment.
