life-changing and a safe zone I've been wanting to start a therapy for years and starting December 2023 this platform really changed a lot in my life. after a round of questions i was assigned a therapist and he's an absolute blessing! there's no judgement or anything, you're the focus and your wellbeing. The platform offers mobile and web versions and options to chat, voice or video call the therapist. otherwise there are also group sessions for different topics where you can take part too. i absolutely love the whole experience and glad i found BetterHelp and that it helped me find my therapist too.

It's affordable and in a time of extreme need and a dark point in my life a betterhelp matched me with a therapist and since my sessions started I am a happier, brighter and motivated person.
