The platform offers mobile and web versions and options to chat, voice or video call the therapist. otherwise there are also group sessions for different topics where you can take part too. i absolutely love the whole experience and glad i found BetterHelp and that it helped me find my therapist too.

BetterHelp app is very easy & convenient BetterHelp app is very easy to navigate and the therapist respond very quickly to chat messages and the appointment are convenient for whatever your busy schedule is. You can even upload photos of things you’ve accomplished and message it to the therapist to show progress on your goals. It’s been great for me.
