Excellent resource! I have needed a therapist, but struggled to find a specific type in my tiny town. I wasn't sure about online counseling, but it has been a huge blessing to find someone who can help me address my significant mental needs.

There have been times when I need to talk to my counselor the most while I have been out of town and a traditional session would not have been possible. From the app I can send messages to my counselor to mention something we should talk about in our next meeting or to reschedule last minute. The app also has a journal feature where you can share (or not share) a journal entry to give more insight to your counselor about a topic that you have been dealing with. I like having the option to have a video or phone call. Some days it's just nice to not have a face to face when you're feeling really down or don't want to get out of bed.

A good matching process It has been a good experience working with betterhelp.com. I have a good therapist who I can recommend. I am benefiting from her skills, experience and goodwill. I feel that she is a good match for me. We meet once a week virtually and that is very convenient.

Finally a platform for mental health that helps Using Better help has been a huge relief, Finding the right therapist can feel like dating, in that you have to look around sometimes before you find the right fit ; Thus I was grateful when they asked the right questions upfront in order to set me up with a good match. They do make it easy for (if you chose ) you can switch therapists easily as well.

BetterHelp is so helpful I was skeptical about starting with BetterHelp because I would often see it on TV ads and computer ads and I thought it was too good to be real. I was wrong. BetterHelp offers many things to help those who are in need of it and are looking for it. I’m so happy I gave it a chance and I think it’s definitely worth it.
