Doesn't work if your landlord has their own forms As someone who is always busy I don't have a lot of free time. It was nice that the site was easy and the results were quick. However, my landlord wanted to send their own form to the doctors office. That is where my problem is, all my current doctors have told me to just do it online. Since this is an online agency my landlord will not recognize my dogs ESA letter. I'm now currently trying to get a refund since the letter was denied. They offered me PSD training for my dog, but I know it will be the same issue of my landlord wanting to send their own paperwork and me not being able to get it signed.

My Dog Passed Away I received my papers in a timely manner; however, about two weeks later, my precious Bella passed away. I hope to be able to get a new dog soon and will inquire how to transfer the certificate at that time.
