I first spoke with James in Florida and… I first spoke with James in Florida and he was great everything was so simple and quick. Then I called in to make a assessment appointment and the girl from Kansas was very kind and I take my assessment tomorrow. I hope that will be just as pleasant.

Best worker ever! I worked with Mr. James Lütz and he has been amazing so far. He rallied for the company to start a payment plan and stuck to his word as soon as they decided to put it into action. I was never forgotten about and he often checked in to see how I was doing and explained the whole process in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident as I had not heard of the company before. He made me feel like I was talking to a friend and not just an employee at a company. I highly recommend him and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

I would not recommend I would not recommend, these ppl give blank assessments. No information besides saying “if she’s truthful” caused me more legal fees and submitted blood work to the court probation to reverse the actions of this negative report. Went with another online assessment with more credentials and was waived of any alcohol dependency/counseling. They are very judgmental and uneducated in mental health. Atleast Trevor is… being criminalized while you are trying to change your life is the worse feeling, esp with working in healthcare. This assessment made my situation worse.
