My experiences have been positive My experiences has been positive overall. Some of the other clients are difficult to deal with but most are fine. I do see a lot of clients with masks below their noses and hear a lot of complaining about having to wear them. The staff never seem to remind people that masks are required by the state to protect one another. Trust science! Science wins!! Other than that I really like the staff and the doctor. I appreciate what you guys are doing for opiate addiction and am grateful for your services and this medication. It has changed my entire life!!

I enjoy coming here (1x mth) ❤️ I enjoy going to my appointment once a month to this office. The staff are friendly and so helpful for your needs 😊. The counselors are Great!! I love coming to see Tammy 😊😎. She's actually my favorite!!! We have this bond and an understanding of each other that just makes me want to go there (even just for her) we talk about everything and she's just super awesome person 👍😎❤️☺️😊🥳😁

(Road to recovery) I've been at the recovery connection in East side for a few years, and in my opinion if you're serious and recovery .... this is the right place to be although I think they could hire a"friendlier"work staff the doctor, and the counselors, are very helpful, courteous, and receptive to courtesy ! Let someone help you recover... at recovery connection (one day at a time) ! Thanks Guys !

I hope I'm treated with more respect next time. The counselor I saw after the appointment was nice and seemed to care about the experience I had when I came in. The second I walked in the door of the office the secretary started raising her voice and being super rude and confrontational. This happened a few different times in the fifteen minutes I waited for the doctor. She was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility, a place I went to get help. When I related the story to other clients of this facility they told me that I am far from the only one who has been treated this way by her. Other than that my experience was fine.

Stafff Pauline, Megan and Tami have been amazing . They have made my experience there something I actually look forward to. Pauline takes care of EVERYTHING ( if you have a problem with anything: scheduling , insurance issues , jerks at the pharmacy) she is right on top of it. Megan gently encourages compliance without judgment and Tami is the cheerleader we all need in our court. That’s it . They are great! Spread the word .
