Amazing Program that works! I've been struggling with shoulder impingement and then a shoulder cuff injury the past year that I could never get to go away. I'm only 80% finished with the new Shoulder Program and my shoulder is noticeably better and getting close to 100%. Unlike a lot of of YouTube solutions to my injury, moveu is creating good habits and fixing my gym form to make sure the injury stays away for good.

As an athlete for the majority of my… As an athlete for the majority of my life, it's humbling to go back to the basics. But after multiple injuries and having to drop certain sports after seeing multiple physios, I found MoveU. I've only been enrolled in the program for a bit over a month, but it's been highly informative and very simple to follow! The best part about it is spatial and body awareness, so you're not just focusing on the movement while you're exercising - you're focusing on your body posture/position throughout the day, too. Plus, the quirky banter and fun videos are an added bonus.
