AUMade my shoulder injury worse Made my shoulder injury worse. Went to see a physio who agreed that the exercises in the Move u program would have worsened my injury. When I told Move u they said that the program isn’t designed for people with injuries, but is just for the ‘general public’

GBAn Active Person Aging with Access and Ability Within three days of starting the MoveU program, I could turn my head to the right, without pain, for the first time in over 2 years. For the price of 4 chiropractic visits (which were not helping anyway) I am now fixing my s*^%! - undoing the hours of computer-oriented work, in and around being a very active, exercise-oriented 50+ person. So grateful to the MoveU team for this approach to structural work.

TRPlease review your pricing for other nations :)) Hello everyone:) I had a 1 month program to strengthen my shoulder.I had a shoulder surgery-slap lesion repair 2 years ago.Due to my education abroad and pandemic issues I couldn't get proper therapy. It was ok first but as time passed,my back problems appeared(Basically scapular weakness I've learned them by physiotherapist). The therapist who has postgraduation degree and thessis on scapula winging and I had exercises 2 months long.Fundamentally all we've done was depress the scapula and learning how to keep scapula down as I push or pull something....Long story short. As I told you guys I had 1 month and 7 days trial for free.I'm well aware that these guys indicate correct movement exercises. Ps:Please reduce the prices for Turkey 1 dolar equals to 20 Turkish lira.İt's unfair :)

GBAwesome Info So helpful! Been through it all; doctors, X-rays, pills, therapy, massage, stretching, chiropractor, videos, books! I’m sure I have left something out. Finally info relevant and helpful. Breaks it down and gets it done with teaching and tutorials. Funny LOL moments and Katie is such a great instructor. Awesome stuff

CAAs an athlete for the majority of my… As an athlete for the majority of my life, it's humbling to go back to the basics. But after multiple injuries and having to drop certain sports after seeing multiple physios, I found MoveU. I've only been enrolled in the program for a bit over a month, but it's been highly informative and very simple to follow! The best part about it is spatial and body awareness, so you're not just focusing on the movement while you're exercising - you're focusing on your body posture/position throughout the day, too. Plus, the quirky banter and fun videos are an added bonus.
