Amazing! Abdul Qureshi is a phenomenal therapist. As a lesbian couple, we weren't sure about being matched with a therapist online we didn't know anything about but I'm so glad we ended up with him. He maintains the balance of being gentle while pushing us to reflect/be honest with ourselves. He's been prepared for each session with topics but is flexible when issues come up and we deviate from the topic. It's also great that he assigns "homework" and follows up with us in the next session. He's been very helpful and our communication has greatly improved after 3 sessions. We're looking forward to continuing our couples therapy journey with him.

Affordable ,convenient and helpful My husband and I have been seeing Mandy for 3 weeks now and she is awesome. She helps us both see things from a different perspective and has given us tools to help us understand each other more and how to handle our arguments without escalating. This service works and is very affordable.

The counselors are great but the scheduling needs help. We absolutely love our counselor, Sid. She has been patient and understanding and provided us calm in chaos. However, the scheduler that we are partnered with has been more of a struggle to work with. We missed a session because he didn't send us the link when I had been chasing him for it for two days. If I have a schedule conflict and ask inadvace if there is anything we can do he is dismissive with the overall attitude that of "that sounds like a personal problem". If it weren't for the unfavorable scheduling experience mind Engage would have 5 stars.

Mindengage charge my credit card Mindengage charge my credit card. Then I receive a text to schedule a meeting. We sent our dates of availability. No response was given for over a week after many texts. I requested a refund and let them know through email and text that we did not want their service since we felt ignored and no service was given. I received a text message that said "Perfect". I contacted my credit card company which refunded our payment as the mindengage did not for November. I checked my credit card statement today for December and again this month we where charged. My credit card refunded me again which has an open investigation against mindengage. I feel taken advantage of. Be very aware.

Horrific booking experience Therapy was great but the person who schedules the sessions doesn't respond right away with the next therapy session. We missed a session because of this. Not only that I recommended them to a friend. NEVER AGAIN! Because the same thing happened to her. If I'm going through something stressful and need to speak with someone I don't want added stress because of the hassle with booking.
