20 days later and still haven’t sent my ADHD prescription. So far not so good. I had an appointment on April 2 2024. Today is April 23rd. Over 20 days and my prescription still has not been sent to my pharmacy. I go to a small pharmacy it is located in my primary care doctors office so I know it is not on my pharmacies end. I have followed up almost everyday since the 2nd and I’m told the doctor had surgery, my pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, etc. The situation is beyond disheartening! I have only been pleasant on the phone never rude or demanding. It’s most likely at this point I probably need a refund. I will update with the refund or reimbursement process/outcome. Fingers crossed that the office staff sent the prescription.

A stellar initial visit 🤩 Many thanks to Dr Ali and the support staff of MEDvidi. The doctor called me at the exact time our appointment was scheduled, and actually listened to my responses to his screening and assessment questions. This was my first visit, and he explained what I should expect. My Rx was ready 18 hours later! Follow up texts were received and seemed genuine. I’m impressed and grateful. Thanks MEDi

This is ridiculous This is ridiculous, if you try to call them, and you are on hold for at least 30 minutes, and when they do answer they never solve the problem, so here is the issue, I ordered anxiety meds, and they sent them over BRAND ONLY. Which costs over $250.00, so I sent them a message to correct it, and send over generics, I have been fighting with that for over a week! UPDATE, IT'S BEEN A WEEK NOW AND SO FAR NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED, THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE GOES TO ALL OF THE SAME CALL CENTER, THE ONLY B*LLSHIT RESPONSE YOU WILL EVER GET FROM THEM IS "THEY ARE WORKING ON IT" THIS IS B*LLSHIT I THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. THE EMAIL PROVIDED NEVER RESPONDS. FRACK THIS I EITHER WANT WHAT I PAID OR I WANT MY FUCING MONEY BACK!

I love MEDvidi they have excellent… I love MEDvidi they have excellent customer service. I have never had a problem getting my meds. I choose from the list of pharmacy’s they use in my area. I feel great & I finally have the meds I need to live a more productive life. Thank you so much!!

My first appointment went seamless, now i can’t get my prescription sent My first appointment went seamless, now at my second I had to change pharmacies for my prescription and I unfortunately have been waiting a few days. I’m not sure if this is a routine problem based on other reviews, but I’m hoping they resolve this today. I’ve sent numerous emails and texts. No reply on texts, generic replies on email that “I’ll have my meds soon”. I’m sorry but “soon” doesn’t give me much hope. I will update this review on how long it takes them to resolve this.
