After deciding against it due to the high cost, I was quickly contacted by Medvidi with a discount offer for a $99 session, which I accepted. However, the appointment with Dr. David Hall was disappointing. He was late by 20 minutes without apology, and during our session, he provided minimal information about the treatment plan and what I should expect from the medication. When I raised a concern about a shortage of my prescribed medication and requested an alternative, I was told that no changes could be made. Despite their eagerness to schedule another paid appointment, my request for a refund due to dissatisfaction with their service was denied. Based on this experience, where it felt like payment was prioritized over patient care, I advise others to consider alternative healthcare providers who may offer more patient-centered care.
