GBI’ve been waiting to get rescheduled for over a week! I spoke to my doctor about my prescriptions and am told that he doesn’t believe me? Why should I believe him when he doesn’t even remember what he prescribed me to begin with? Review the videos with me and Dr Ambrosio and see whose right and whose wrong. I pay and come here to be treated like a patient not a client! Worst experience ever returning and I’m still waiting to get rescheduled or at least reimbursed I need my medication not because I enjoy it I enjoy being able to take control back in my life. I’ll be patiently waiting

GBI met with DrJenB I met with Dr. Jennifer B. She was amazing, she asked a lot of questions and confirmed what areas of help I would need before prescribing something that would help my multiple symptoms and gave helpful feedback on what meds would work better for my situation, instead of generically throwing basics at a wall and hoping it'd stick; it felt like she knew what I was going through and how best to start managing symptoms. It has been nearly 8 years of medical trauma to find a doctor who is patient and helps me make sense of where medically things need help and space to grow. Healing Hope! (Coming from a previously stated complex case)

GBThis is ridiculous This is ridiculous, if you try to call them, and you are on hold for at least 30 minutes, and when they do answer they never solve the problem, so here is the issue, I ordered anxiety meds, and they sent them over BRAND ONLY. Which costs over $250.00, so I sent them a message to correct it, and send over generics, I have been fighting with that for over a week! UPDATE, IT'S BEEN A WEEK NOW AND SO FAR NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED, THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE GOES TO ALL OF THE SAME CALL CENTER, THE ONLY B*LLSHIT RESPONSE YOU WILL EVER GET FROM THEM IS "THEY ARE WORKING ON IT" THIS IS B*LLSHIT I THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. THE EMAIL PROVIDED NEVER RESPONDS. FRACK THIS I EITHER WANT WHAT I PAID OR I WANT MY FUCING MONEY BACK!

GBI love MEDvidi they have excellent… I love MEDvidi they have excellent customer service. I have never had a problem getting my meds. I choose from the list of pharmacy’s they use in my area. I feel great & I finally have the meds I need to live a more productive life. Thank you so much!!

GBI want to share my recent experience… I want to share my recent experience with Medvidi to caution others who might be considering their services. Seeking to resume medication for a pre-diagnosed condition, I visited their website, only to find the consultation fee via Zoom was a steep $200. After deciding against it due to the high cost, I was quickly contacted by Medvidi with a discount offer for a $99 session, which I accepted. However, the appointment with Dr. David Hall was disappointing. He was late by 20 minutes without apology, and during our session, he provided minimal information about the treatment plan and what I should expect from the medication. When I raised a concern about a shortage of my prescribed medication and requested an alternative, I was told that no changes could be made. Despite their eagerness to schedule another paid appointment, my request for a refund due to dissatisfaction with their service was denied. Based on this experience, where it felt like payment was prioritized over patient care, I advise others to consider alternative healthcare providers who may offer more patient-centered care.
