I found the learning curve a bit steep, administration required too many steps, and instructions a bit lacking. While reviewing HOA Express as a possible replacement I found administration was intuitive and fast with a very low learning curve. Instructions are mostly great, and questions are answered quickly and fully. We subscribed to their Deluxe Plan today, over $200 less expensive than HOA Sites and a better user experience for our organization. I am sure HOA Sites works better for some organizations as their capabilities may better serve organizations larger than ours. But, for us, HOA Express's ease of administration blows them out of the water. I have seen a 75% reduction in the amount of time I spend on administration. And, our members prefer the interface. There are additional features I prefer that I could comment on, but you should take it for a free test drive yourself.

HOA express is the only product that I… HOA express is the only product that I found to be perfect for small organizations like our HOA. We manage the HOA finances and communication for a very affordable cost with this tool. The support by email and phone is excellent and prompt.

How easy it was to set up the website. It is great to administer. The residents loved the user friendly interface and how easy it is to use it How easy and seamless to set up the website. They had a tremendous Technical Support that were prompt, prefessional and very helpful

Small 55 plus community loves it As the web master (by default since I am a retired computer company program manager) for our very small 42 unit 55 plus condo community, we needed an easy to set up and use web site. HOA Express filled that need and more and for very little impact on our HOA dues. Most used pages are the community directory, calendar, blast communications and parking lot folders for our financial and committee reports. the community directory makes creating hard copy versions of the directory easy and greatly appreciated by older residents who are still happier using a "telephone book" to call their neighbors. The calendar makes condo community event posting easy and individuals who wish to reserve the club house post their claim to the resource there as well. Reaching all residents quickly is a snap with blast communications, and i have given privileges to all residents to use this feature. Finally, all legal and important documents are filed in folders on the web site for all residents to review if desired. I am only using a few of the features offered since our community is so small, but love the overall ease of use, and the positive impact it makes on our community.

Excellent product extremely easy Excellent product extremely easy/simple to configure and set up a full blown trial prototype. Board and members are very enthusiastic for new site launch coming soon. HOA Express support has been excellent, very responsive and flexible with intuitive site admin portal and well written help documentation.
