Fantastic A very simple request made simple and positive by my excellent customer service representative. Requesting a label her offering it via mail or email. Me verifying my email address, she very intelligently made sure that I actually received it she said look in your email make sure you've gotten it checking your spam folder, which was exactly where the label went. I pressed the print button on my end and before I hung up the phone I had the printed label in my hand. Fantastic!
