Their customer service is excellent they have very nice people skills. I spoke with Ms. Maria she is always helpful and she knows what I need at the time of my call and she makes it very pleasant to do business with Assist Diabetics. I’m so sorry to say maybe if other companies would take this approach over the phone with eloquent many people wouldn’t have so many bad experiences over the phone. Fantastic A very simple request made simple and positive by my excellent customer service representative. Requesting a label her offering it via mail or email. Me verifying my email address, she very intelligently made sure that I actually received it she said look in your email make sure you've gotten it checking your spam folder, which was exactly where the label went. I pressed the print button on my end and before I hung up the phone I had the printed label in my hand. Fantastic!
