Very happy with the service Maria from Assist Diabetics was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was kind and patient and listened to what I had to say. She answered all of my questions and helped me troubleshoot the text service. I would highly recommend working with her in the future.

Their customer service is excellent they have very nice people skills. I spoke with Ms. Maria she is always helpful and she knows what I need at the time of my call and she makes it very pleasant to do business with Assist Diabetics. I’m so sorry to say maybe if other companies would take this approach over the phone with eloquent many people wouldn’t have so many bad experiences over the phone.
