Their customer service is excellent they have very nice people skills. I spoke with Ms. Maria she is always helpful and she knows what I need at the time of my call and she makes it very pleasant to do business with Assist Diabetics. I’m so sorry to say maybe if other companies would take this approach over the phone with eloquent many people wouldn’t have so many bad experiences over the phone. Thank you Ms. Maria for helping me.

Worst experience ever… Worst experience ever…. Being cussed at by your employees, hung up on and my issues still not resolved

Rated 5 stars as your wonderful… Rated 5 stars as your wonderful employee took immediate care with my request. I needed a prepaid mailing label to send Assist Diabetics a larger box of Diabetes Supplies. I’m hard of hearing and 90 years old so I did not hear her name. Thanks again

Great Customer Service I had many questions and was trying to decide which company to ship my extra diabetic supplies to for extra cash. My questions were answered and I was not on hold very long at all. Assist Diabetics seems to pay the most for these supplies and was sent a prepaid box to get started. Box is rather small and needed more room. I called Assist Diabetics and talked with Maria. She was very helpful and friendly to talk to. She took care of everything and I will continue to use Assist Diabetics because of Maria.
