A personal handwritten note in each order makes you feel appreciated as a customer. On top of that, our cats LOVE their KittyComfort as it gives them a bit of a chill and us a break.

Chuck always makes my experience great Chuck always makes my experience great. He is easy going, and gets my orders moving nicely. I am glad to see the cost drop a bit, however, the font on this last order is too small, and the little photos off to the left are unnecessary (I think). The other format is so much easier to glance at and scan quickly to double check the order. My suggestion: drop the tiny photos, increase font size and under my total says “You saved $…… amount of my order. Don’t get that one. Anyway… love the Imbue. Thanks Tina Reichow
