GBConfusion with new ordering system I knew that my subscription was due to ship soon. I went try and find the upcoming shipment, but was unsuccessful. Since I needed the product, I subscribed again to assure I would get what I needed. The next day I got my original autoship email notice. So, I cancelled the original autoship and later went back to cancel my new autoship due to lack of confidence. One of my original issues had to do with not finding the combination of quantity vs delivery frequency that would not cause me to over-buy product and still receive free shipping.

GBChuck always makes my experience great Chuck always makes my experience great. He is easy going, and gets my orders moving nicely. I am glad to see the cost drop a bit, however, the font on this last order is too small, and the little photos off to the left are unnecessary (I think). The other format is so much easier to glance at and scan quickly to double check the order. My suggestion: drop the tiny photos, increase font size and under my total says “You saved $…… amount of my order. Don’t get that one. Anyway… love the Imbue. Thanks Tina Reichow
