I accidentally ordered wrong size… I accidentally ordered wrong size harness, customer service as usual rocked and sent me out a new one.

I recently purchased a harness for my… I recently purchased a harness for my pup for Christmas, he ended up not fitting it and it was far out of the return window. I emailed anyway explaining and was able to get an exchange and had it sent out before they even received the return. The items are great quality and so adorable overall great experience.

Great customer service I have purchased several harnesses for my dog that she got out of which terrified me. I saw the harnesses from The Dog Mom Store & wrote to them. They helped me by giving me the size of a harness for my dog. I trusted her and bought the harness along with a leash to match. When the product arrived it fit perfect on my dog and she cannot wiggle out of harness.
