Fantastic Products & Customer Service I've ordered 4 harnesses (I've got 2 dogs) from The Dog Mom Store so far and will order more in the future. Not only is the quality worth the price but the shipping is quick and the customer service is amazing! For the first time 1 harness was damaged in route. I emailed customer service and the same day they responded, sent me a return label and had a replacement already dropped off in the mail for me. I figured the replacement would come after they received the damaged one but nope. Oh and they also printed the return label and included in the replacement so I wouldn't have to worry about printing the label. It really is the little things that count and show a business cares about their customers.
