THE only Milk Thistle to take… I have used Natural Wellness for approximately 20 years. They have always had excellent customer service plus quick delivery and care in packaging. I buy the maximum milk thistle. Their milk thistles are the only patented ones on the planet. I boosted my liver levels, and my naturopathic doctor said I was “cheating”. I was also buying it for a friend who had stage four cirrhosis, and after several months of taking it her liver levels improved. Good supplement Service is great. I bought the unflavored since it was also unsweetened. I figured this would allow me to add stevia instead to sweeten. The unflavored does have a flavor...which isn't the best, but isn't the worst. I can deal with it. I've used it in the coffee recipe (ok), in a strawberry smoothie (better), and in their pumpkin spice smoothie (excellent!). I plan on ordering again. It's a nutritional supplement...I wasn't expecting it to taste like steak lol!

Would rate a five if you were able to manage autoship delivery dates yourself online and changing form of payment (credit card) like many other sites (Life Extension).
