GBStill love products but hate interface I continue to love the products I bought from ParentGiving and trust their advice. However, since they "upgraded" their online interface I have found it more and more difficult to use. What happened to my ability to charge through Amazon? Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. None of my old purchase history is anywhere to be found and "security" is so strong I can't use my account.

GBPurchasing for Mom First of all, the product is excellent! We were looking for a disposable panty that fit and prevented leaks. We found it. Very pleased with the customer service, on the initial order we accidentally ordered the incorrect size and the return was painless. Thank you so much. We have selected the automated shipping and are looking forward to a long association with Parentgiving.

GBLove the products! Being new to incontinence, I tried several different products on the market with little satisfaction. Finally I took another chance and tried Dry Direct underwear and inserts from ParentGiving. What a difference! Easily eight hours without leaks! I do occasionally have a leak at night, but I don't get up for 10 or 11 hours. I love this product and delivery has been awesome as well.

GBPackage(s) arrives crushed Package(s) arrives crushed. I receive 2 cartons per delivery and if not both come crunched. The shipper seems to pack in randomly selected boxes. Often the box size is 2x that necessary for the contents... I bhave mentioned this to customer service and was told thet it is out of their control because the material is shipped by a 3rd party. My advice find another party to make your shipments!
