GBProduct was not true to size. Product was not true to size. Disclosure was not given regarding return expense. Overall, it was a loss. I ended up with no product and spent $65 to return ship. On the positive side, Helen in customer service was very responsive to emails but not clear about the return costs.

GBBecause of the way your app works Because of the way your app works, I selected the correct size for myself, but when it went to another screen as I made my final decision, I had to select my size again, which I did not do, because I thought I had already made my choice, so I ended up getting the wrong size. When I called they said that was my fault and they were not going to change my size, so I would have to pay shipping to return them and pay it again to get the correct size. That seemed pretty mean spirited to me. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore.

GBGorrect description Their product description was correct! I have ordered from other companies on the internet who advertise product as most absorbent, but were not. Theirs was as described.

GBTry before you buy They sent a test package so I could try the product myself. I could not believe how soft and absorbent they are.

GBLove the products! Being new to incontinence, I tried several different products on the market with little satisfaction. Finally I took another chance and tried Dry Direct underwear and inserts from ParentGiving. What a difference! Easily eight hours without leaks! I do occasionally have a leak at night, but I don't get up for 10 or 11 hours. I love this product and delivery has been awesome as well.
