GBHeavy Duty, Large Size Incontinence Underwear I'm trying to find incontinence underwear for a very large friend who doesn't have the Internet and was so pleased to find I could order a sample of the heavy duty and overnight underwear at very affordable costs. It arrived promptly and I'm waiting to hear back from my friend. The literature accompanying the sample shows they have sizes up to 5X - I couldn't be more happy for my friend to have these options!

GBPackage(s) arrives crushed Package(s) arrives crushed. I receive 2 cartons per delivery and if not both come crunched. The shipper seems to pack in randomly selected boxes. Often the box size is 2x that necessary for the contents... I bhave mentioned this to customer service and was told thet it is out of their control because the material is shipped by a 3rd party. My advice find another party to make your shipments!

GBBecause of the way your app works Because of the way your app works, I selected the correct size for myself, but when it went to another screen as I made my final decision, I had to select my size again, which I did not do, because I thought I had already made my choice, so I ended up getting the wrong size. When I called they said that was my fault and they were not going to change my size, so I would have to pay shipping to return them and pay it again to get the correct size. That seemed pretty mean spirited to me. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore.

GBI appreciate being able to order… I appreciate being able to order samples first so I would know what size to get for my husband. I ordered a case and they came very quickly.
