When it is delivered to my home, everything is exactly what I placed the order for. The diapers are for my mom(99 year old). A couple of time, she has told me that the diapers felt kind of hard(the opposite of the others)so all I could say to her was maybe those ones had a different substance in them or different material? Answered all my questions that were not answered on the website. Offered to send a sample so I could discern if sizing was correct for one of the items ordered. Items purchased were delivered , well packaged, and arrived in a timely manner.

GBDry Direct diaoers are GREAT! Dry Direct diapers for our special needs daughter are the best we have found. We have had no problem with her wetting through.

GBProduct was not true to size. Product was not true to size. Disclosure was not given regarding return expense. Overall, it was a loss. I ended up with no product and spent $65 to return ship. On the positive side, Helen in customer service was very responsive to emails but not clear about the return costs.
