Very pleased with the customer service, on the initial order we accidentally ordered the incorrect size and the return was painless. Thank you so much. GBProduct was not true to size. Product was not true to size. Disclosure was not given regarding return expense. Overall, it was a loss. I ended up with no product and spent $65 to return ship. On the positive side, Helen in customer service was very responsive to emails but not clear about the return costs.
