Often the box size is 2x that necessary for the contents... I bhave mentioned this to customer service and was told thet it is out of their control because the material is shipped by a 3rd party. My advice find another party to make your shipments!

Because of the way your app works Because of the way your app works, I selected the correct size for myself, but when it went to another screen as I made my final decision, I had to select my size again, which I did not do, because I thought I had already made my choice, so I ended up getting the wrong size. When I called they said that was my fault and they were not going to change my size, so I would have to pay shipping to return them and pay it again to get the correct size. That seemed pretty mean spirited to me. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore.
