Heavy Duty, Large Size Incontinence Underwear I'm trying to find incontinence underwear for a very large friend who doesn't have the Internet and was so pleased to find I could order a sample of the heavy duty and overnight underwear at very affordable costs. It arrived promptly and I'm waiting to hear back from my friend. The literature accompanying the sample shows they have sizes up to 5X - I couldn't be more happy for my friend to have these options!

Love the products! Being new to incontinence, I tried several different products on the market with little satisfaction. Finally I took another chance and tried Dry Direct underwear and inserts from ParentGiving. What a difference! Easily eight hours without leaks! I do occasionally have a leak at night, but I don't get up for 10 or 11 hours. I love this product and delivery has been awesome as well.

Customer service is very knowledgeable Customer service is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable. Asked questions to determine needs. Answered all my questions that were not answered on the website. Offered to send a sample so I could discern if sizing was correct for one of the items ordered. Items purchased were delivered , well packaged, and arrived in a timely manner.

Because of the way your app works Because of the way your app works, I selected the correct size for myself, but when it went to another screen as I made my final decision, I had to select my size again, which I did not do, because I thought I had already made my choice, so I ended up getting the wrong size. When I called they said that was my fault and they were not going to change my size, so I would have to pay shipping to return them and pay it again to get the correct size. That seemed pretty mean spirited to me. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore.
