When it is delivered to my home, everything is exactly what I placed the order for. The diapers are for my mom(99 year old). A couple of time, she has told me that the diapers felt kind of hard(the opposite of the others)so all I could say to her was maybe those ones had a different substance in them or different material? GBProduct was not true to size. Product was not true to size. Disclosure was not given regarding return expense. Overall, it was a loss. I ended up with no product and spent $65 to return ship. On the positive side, Helen in customer service was very responsive to emails but not clear about the return costs.

GBBecause of the way your app works Because of the way your app works, I selected the correct size for myself, but when it went to another screen as I made my final decision, I had to select my size again, which I did not do, because I thought I had already made my choice, so I ended up getting the wrong size. When I called they said that was my fault and they were not going to change my size, so I would have to pay shipping to return them and pay it again to get the correct size. That seemed pretty mean spirited to me. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore.

GBPurchasing for Mom First of all, the product is excellent! We were looking for a disposable panty that fit and prevented leaks. We found it. Very pleased with the customer service, on the initial order we accidentally ordered the incorrect size and the return was painless. Thank you so much. We have selected the automated shipping and are looking forward to a long association with Parentgiving.

GBStill love products but hate interface I continue to love the products I bought from ParentGiving and trust their advice. However, since they "upgraded" their online interface I have found it more and more difficult to use. What happened to my ability to charge through Amazon? Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. None of my old purchase history is anywhere to be found and "security" is so strong I can't use my account.
