GBStill love products but hate interface I continue to love the products I bought from ParentGiving and trust their advice. However, since they "upgraded" their online interface I have found it more and more difficult to use. What happened to my ability to charge through Amazon? Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. None of my old purchase history is anywhere to be found and "security" is so strong I can't use my account.

GBPackage(s) arrives crushed Package(s) arrives crushed. I receive 2 cartons per delivery and if not both come crunched. The shipper seems to pack in randomly selected boxes. Often the box size is 2x that necessary for the contents... I bhave mentioned this to customer service and was told thet it is out of their control because the material is shipped by a 3rd party. My advice find another party to make your shipments!

GBAttends Diapers with closure tabs on left & right As best that I can remember, most of the times you are pretty good at understanding the description of what I purchase. When it is delivered to my home, everything is exactly what I placed the order for. The diapers are for my mom(99 year old). A couple of time, she has told me that the diapers felt kind of hard(the opposite of the others)so all I could say to her was maybe those ones had a different substance in them or different material? GBTry before you buy They sent a test package so I could try the product myself. I could not believe how soft and absorbent they are.
