After meeting with Jay for our teeth impression consult, I’m positive now that we did make the right choice. Jay was friendly and very helpful. We could not have created correct impressions without his help. He also answered all of our questions so we feel well informed and ready to get the most out the aligners. I am still waiting for my aligners I am still waiting for my aligners. I began this process and paid for it on January 17. I was promised expedited service which has not happened. I was promised a shipping refund which has not happened. I was told I would receive paperwork to submit to my insurance company which has not happened. I have repeatedly asked the simple question of what happens if I am not satisfied at the end of the first treatment and my question has gone unanswered. I need to know EXACTLY when I will receive my aligners and insurance paperwork. Once again, if I am not satisfied with the results, how do I proceed? Is a subsequent set or sets of aligners made? Cost, if any?
