After meeting with Jay for our teeth impression consult, I’m positive now that we did make the right choice. Jay was friendly and very helpful. We could not have created correct impressions without his help. He also answered all of our questions so we feel well informed and ready to get the most out the aligners. First Step Receiving my impression kit was the first step, followed by a successful video session. Having a Zoom call with a real person was incredibly beneficial, providing hands-on guidance far superior to simply watching a tutorial video.
