GBEasy process and great reaults I am very pleased with my AlignerCo experience. The process was easy and I like that everything can be done from your own home. You receive a box with the materials to make impressions of your teeth and that was easy to do. You send the impressions back and then they email you your plan which shows how many trays you’ll need to move your teeth. After you approve they send the trays which are clearly marked for the order which they should be used. You send pictures of your mouth, teeth, and bite by email about every other week so that they can confirm the trays are working. Overall I highly recommend.

GBI am still waiting for my aligners I am still waiting for my aligners. I began this process and paid for it on January 17. I was promised expedited service which has not happened. I was promised a shipping refund which has not happened. I was told I would receive paperwork to submit to my insurance company which has not happened. I have repeatedly asked the simple question of what happens if I am not satisfied at the end of the first treatment and my question has gone unanswered. I need to know EXACTLY when I will receive my aligners and insurance paperwork. Once again, if I am not satisfied with the results, how do I proceed? Is a subsequent set or sets of aligners made? Cost, if any?

GBI'm not even sure this is an actual… I'm not even sure this is an actual company at this point. I started payments mid October 2023. I received nos. 1-5 aligners which ended in February 2024. We are almost in May and have not received 6-10 aligners almost 4 mos. later!!! I've called and emailed and get no substantive information, just telling me to continue wearing #5. No idea when to expect future aligners. Really!? I'm done. Stopped payments and filed dispute with my bank. You get what you pay for I guess. Should have gone with Invisalign.

GBQuick response time I asked follow up questions to Ele about tracking my aligner wearing time. He was very helpful and clarified the instructions.

GBFirst Step Receiving my impression kit was the first step, followed by a successful video session. Having a Zoom call with a real person was incredibly beneficial, providing hands-on guidance far superior to simply watching a tutorial video.
