Excellent Customer Service We researched a lot of companies before choosing ALIGNERCO. Their product, prices, and customer service seemed like a good fit for our son’s teeth. After meeting with Jay for our teeth impression consult, I’m positive now that we did make the right choice. Jay was friendly and very helpful. We could not have created correct impressions without his help. He also answered all of our questions so we feel well informed and ready to get the most out the aligners. Easy process and great reaults I am very pleased with my AlignerCo experience. The process was easy and I like that everything can be done from your own home. You receive a box with the materials to make impressions of your teeth and that was easy to do. You send the impressions back and then they email you your plan which shows how many trays you’ll need to move your teeth. After you approve they send the trays which are clearly marked for the order which they should be used. You send pictures of your mouth, teeth, and bite by email about every other week so that they can confirm the trays are working. Overall I highly recommend.
