GBI'm very happy with DiRx One of my prescriptions through my Rx Drug Plan was extremely expensive. I checked the price on GoodRx and SingleCare and it wasn't much cheaper. I'm so happy I found DiRx, the price was very reasonable and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping is free and I get my prescription within a few days after placing my order. I'll continue ordering from them.

GB99% cheaper than the regular pharmacy 99% cheaper than the regular pharmacy, it is like paying a copay at the pharmacy. Refill medication coming on time as long as you have the continues order. Back then I didn’t have an insurance and they charge for $300-$800 per month, I was out out medication and desperate. Never look back to pharmacy like Walgreens/cvs/hosp pharmacy even I have an insurance. Since 2020 till now still using Dirx. I referred it to all of my friends. Love it !

GBMixed review Good customer service and good email updates but it took 2-3 weeks to get our first order from the time we started the setup process. Also when ordering multiple items, they put the whole order on hold when one item was unavailable. After I called, they asked if I wanted the rest of the order and to keep the one item in hold. I would have preferred they either skip what they have or communicate that with me rather than just letting the order sit until I called. Hopefully the refills will go quicker and be in time.

GBFirst experience with DIRX: First experience with DIRX: Setup my acct. and placed my order on line, VERY easy. But had to call after 1 week since I did not get email notifying id shipment. Apparently 1 medication was on back order. It was the 1 prescription that is imperative I take and was almost out. Cancelled that medication had to have Dr send to new pharmacy. The other medication was shipped and received in 2 days, perfect. My only issue is not all meds are created equal and the company should know that. A notification of back ordered meds should be sent with an expected in stock/ship date. I will retain the local pharmacy for critical meds going forward. Others can stay with DIRX.
