USAfter writing a review last week After writing a review last week. I wanted to give an update. We were charged 3 times for my husband’s medication. January 19th, February 1st and 2nd. We recieved one of the $101.37 back and dirx said the one on the 2nd didn’t go into their account I had to dispute the charge and we recieved the 2nd back yesterday. So everything is good now. Thank you

US2 Excellent Annual Plans ($180 or $360) Cover Nearly ALL Your Generic Meds • Excellent Customer Service. There were a few order issues which Customer Service solved promptly • 7-10 day turnaround for Order when Medical Provider sent prescriptions to DiRx • Some small problems w online ordering process. DiRx Customer Service explained they are a ne company improving their order system They recommend using Internet Explorer which is not available for Mac OS

USDIRX deserves a 10! My pharmacy closed and I didn't know where to go with my RX's. Good RX had this company mentioned on the bottom of their list so I tried DIRX. I love their service and how I can always speak to a real person if I have any questions. Personally I would give them a 10 if I could.

USConsidering that your pharmacy is one… Considering that your pharmacy is one of the smaller ones that get meds a little later than the larger companies, you did great! I will continue to use your mail order. Thank you for keeping the prices low!

USVery surprised at the savings & value Very surprised at the savings & value. Customer service responded in quick time with answers to questions. Quick process to transfer scripts. Only snag was scripts were filled to a smaller amount than ordered. Savings were appropriately 45% less than insurance adjustment. Happy camper.
