When I didn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, a representative called me to offer help. I'm floored by the personal touch. The packaging on the prescriptions is thoughtful and my orders have always shipped promptly. I'm a fan!

GBGreat concept and products, still needs some work I love the idea of cabinet and I'm obsessed with the glass bottles and having all my meds in a uniform size. It's frustrating that their website promises free shipping over $50 but wouldn't let me ship my bottle purchase with my prescription. They also didn't take my insurance info, so I paid 10x what I normally pay at CVS. That being said, I really wanted the glass bottle, and I'm hoping that they'll improve their services going forward so I can stop going through pharmacies and the endless pile up of prescription bottles.
