Paid, not processed I was happy to order my meds, my card was charged, but it was not processed. Emails indicated processing was happening, but I only learned after calling that it had not processed. No reason was given.

Never got a label. Really bad experience. Never got a label. One of the pills is larger than the others. This is medicine we are talking about. DRUGS. Chemical compositions that affect MY BODY. I’m honestly afraid to use these. It has brought into question using this service at all for any medicine.

Great concept and products, still needs some work I love the idea of cabinet and I'm obsessed with the glass bottles and having all my meds in a uniform size. It's frustrating that their website promises free shipping over $50 but wouldn't let me ship my bottle purchase with my prescription. They also didn't take my insurance info, so I paid 10x what I normally pay at CVS. That being said, I really wanted the glass bottle, and I'm hoping that they'll improve their services going forward so I can stop going through pharmacies and the endless pile up of prescription bottles.
