I'm trying to sign up for costco mail… I'm trying to sign up for costco mail order perscriptions. I don't know what the hell this extra is. And, hoping it's not something I have to cancel after.

I am truly not certain how this… I am truly not certain how this membership truly works. (?) Do I now use my same debit card at pharmacy when I pickup my filled prescriptions? Please advise. Thank you.
