I was directed to sites that were not… I was directed to sites that were not useful e.g. groceries.

I had difficulty with my group number I had difficulty with my group number. The group number on my membership card was rejected so I had to call Kaiser pharmacy. Number wasn't in my information at all. I would have given a 3 but my questions were resolved quickly when I called the number provided.Claire Mouw
