GBRegarding Mary in your Customer Service Department I met with Mary in your customer service department via your chat utility. I found Mary to be not only professional but extremely personal as well. I experienced some difficulty after running the cleaning/de-scaling process and within seconds, Mary gave me instructions that has my MXL-15 up and running like new! So not only was Mary personable, but I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in the process of trouble shooting the problem. Whatever you're paying her... IT ISN'T ENOUGH! Gregory O. Clark

GBHello Hello, everyone. I'd like to share with you my experience with this wonderful machine. Not just machine. If you get them for your family, trust me, it works 100%. I purchased mine in June 2016. M13 Next Generation. Since then, I have used everything on ( drinking, cooking, and disinfecting dishes, and even when I get sick, I use Acidic #3 to wash out nose and throat. I also like to make coffee with alkaline water it is perfect coffee. Customer Service is bomb. Especially Brian Keene. He is knowledgeable and helpful on any questions you have. OK, that is it. I wish you all stay healthy and beautiful life.
