GBRegarding Mary in your Customer Service Department I met with Mary in your customer service department via your chat utility. I found Mary to be not only professional but extremely personal as well. I experienced some difficulty after running the cleaning/de-scaling process and within seconds, Mary gave me instructions that has my MXL-15 up and running like new! So not only was Mary personable, but I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in the process of trouble shooting the problem. Whatever you're paying her... IT ISN'T ENOUGH! Gregory O. Clark

GBDrinking ionized water We have been using and drinking ionized water for nearly 20 years. We were distributors for Kangen water machines years ago and fell in love with the water. GBWorth the investment, health wise. I spoke with Roberto Lopez regarding a replacement diverter. He provided additional & helpful information regarding our alkaline system. I’ve had the 9100 a while. I liked it so well, I bought another one for my daughter. They both are still working very well. We’ve exchanged both filters at least once, as we do not constantly use alkaline water. Our 9100 rests on our counter top. Convenient & out of the way. I use the water for cooking, especially acidic foods. I keep a fresh gallon jug of alkaline in the refrigerator for drinking, etc. I believe we benefit, health wise, because we use/drink it on a daily basis.
