BEWARE - NO RETURNS! I tried CPAPdirect for the first, time, hoping to have a long-term CPAP supplier. Unfortunately, the face mask I ordered didn't fit, and, unlike MANY other CPAP suppliers, they do not permit any returns of masks. I emailed the sales at email contact and was just sent back to their webpage without any additional information. As those with sleep apnea know, we are good long-term customers, but masks can sometimes take a few tries - and it's an expensive option if there is no return policy. Last time from this customer, for sure.
