GBBEWARE - NO RETURNS! I tried CPAPdirect for the first, time, hoping to have a long-term CPAP supplier. Unfortunately, the face mask I ordered didn't fit, and, unlike MANY other CPAP suppliers, they do not permit any returns of masks. I emailed the sales at email contact and was just sent back to their webpage without any additional information. As those with sleep apnea know, we are good long-term customers, but masks can sometimes take a few tries - and it's an expensive option if there is no return policy. Last time from this customer, for sure.

GBSaid it would arrive in 2 days Said it would arrive in 2 days. This took much longer than expected. What would happen if someone needed a face mask that would become a real big promise if you said and guarantee that it would be here in 2 days this that will a create problems for families and neighbors can hear you snore.This people like you we depend on. This disorder does break a few families Thank you for, your concern!!!!
