GBProvided documents needed for insurance reimbursement (4/07/23) Insurance requires a W-9 and cpapdirect.com won't provide it, so I can't get reimbursed for my CPAP purchase. EDIT (4/10/23): Turns out this was a misunderstanding between the cpapdirect.com customer service rep. and myself. They've provided a W-9! To add to my initial review about the rest of the experience, my CPAP shipping quickly and the customer service team has been responsive. Thank you, CPAP Direct team!

GBSaid it would arrive in 2 days Said it would arrive in 2 days. This took much longer than expected. What would happen if someone needed a face mask that would become a real big promise if you said and guarantee that it would be here in 2 days this that will a create problems for families and neighbors can hear you snore.This people like you we depend on. This disorder does break a few families Thank you for, your concern!!!!
