USI paid $499.97 for a course that I… I paid $499.97 for a course that I didn't receive access too, I received a call from someone who tried to upsell me to an higher cost program for business credit. No where in the seminar did anyone mention pay $500.00 down and you get billed monthly. The company has this robotic type email system for Customer Service that keeps send me emails talking about I can continue my education if I want to continue to pay. This is my last resort I'm reporting this company to the BBB, and any other Federal Agency because I am sick and tired of all the so call gurus charging outrages prices to get video content nothing to really study and mostly testimonies on the video. They are not providing any real substance and they are charging people thousand of dollars for coaching services, when they should just ask for coaching services upfront.

USExcellence In Customer Service It started with Justin who answered all of my questions. He was on time for every call. Then I met my account Manager Kendell and he gave me a thorough walk-through of my task. He also encouraged me to take advantage of all of the advanced knowledge provided in the courses. I work in the finance industry however; I have learned something new in every course I have watched.

USCustomer service does not address the… Customer service does not address the questions that you ask. They also advise you that you will be charged a total of 3 payments per week and advised that 1 payment is for the program and the additional 2 are financing fees for the payment plan!!! This customer service is worst then getting an agent on the phone that has a severe foreign accent that barely speaks English 🤦🏽♀️

USGreat Customer Service Ali is who I received assistance from and she was super fast with responding and answering any questions I had. She also called me to ensure I was not having any issues with logging into the system. Give this lady a raise!!! 😁 MME will always be my #1
