5STARS for Knowledge On Friday at 10am, I spoke with Kenny or Kendall, (not sure), however the banter was great. He was very knowledgeable about credit and how the lessons would be good for today and the future. I look forward ti all that lies ahead and the adventure I will have He also had goo interpersonal skills and was a good listener and engaged in responding to all my questions I did sign up for my personal credit and I’m hoping to get in the mastery class real soon. I have some huge dreams and this opportunity will help me keep things In perspective!

Great Customer Service Ali is who I received assistance from and she was super fast with responding and answering any questions I had. She also called me to ensure I was not having any issues with logging into the system. Give this lady a raise!!! 😁 MME will always be my #1

Excellence In Customer Service It started with Justin who answered all of my questions. He was on time for every call. Then I met my account Manager Kendell and he gave me a thorough walk-through of my task. He also encouraged me to take advantage of all of the advanced knowledge provided in the courses. I work in the finance industry however; I have learned something new in every course I have watched.

Under the rug I informed them I never attempted to purchase or sign up for anything. Their response was to simply disregard the email but if I changed my mind I could reapply. Changed my mind? I said I did Not purchase or sign up. Seems they have no concern whether or not their buyers are using someone else's identity.

Customer service does not address the… Customer service does not address the questions that you ask. They also advise you that you will be charged a total of 3 payments per week and advised that 1 payment is for the program and the additional 2 are financing fees for the payment plan!!! This customer service is worst then getting an agent on the phone that has a severe foreign accent that barely speaks English 🤦🏽‍♀️
