GBWasted time and wasted money... I was given the impression by the eGrowth representative with whom I first spoke, that the false copyright infringement claim that had rendered my ASIN inactive could probably be cleared up in just a few days. I was hopeful and she seemed friendly and optimistic. Unfortunately, mine was a "tough case" I later learned, and weeks later I found myself in the same exact predicament, less the $750 I paid them. After about a month or so of absolutely nothing resolved, they just referred me to a law firm. Gee, thanks a lot! I feel generous giving 1 star only because the gentlemen who was assigned to my case did his best and earnestly tried to help me. I feel woefully misled about the outcome.

GBI'm reinstated! This team is awesome. My account was deactivated and we had 24 hours to resubmit our appeal after our first attempt was denied.
