USEasy Massage Chair I called Easy Massage Chair and spoke with Vincent who was very knowledgable about the various massage chairs. After a lengthly discussion I decided to go with the i9 Max Special Edition because of the multiple massage options as well as my own research. It was a bit unnerving to make such a large purchase on the internet with a company I knew nothing about, however, Vincent as well as all the other employees I interacted with were honest and trustworthy. I would most certainly purchase from this company again. Communication from them was excellent from start to finish. The message chair is very well constructed, and most important to me, it's made in the USA. We have had the chair for a couple of weeks now and it works perfectly. All of the preset massage modes give a stimulating massage. It is truly amazing how many different parts of your body this chair can work on at the same time. We are still working on setting up the manual massage mode which is a little more challenging. The only concern I have is the intensity settings run from 1 to 5 and even when the machine is set on 1 it is too intense for my wife on her feet and arms. Not sure if there is some sort of a software change that could be made, but I will call Luraco customer service and ask the question. The chair was extremely well packaged and the delivery went off without a hitch. I opted to assemble the chair myself to save a little money, and within 2 hours the chair was unpackaged and put together without a problem. There are a lot of videos to watch that will help with the assembly and operation of this chair and I would highly recommend taking the time to watch them. Thanks to Vince and the team. Bill

USEasy ZG chair I use my chair 5 to 6 hours every day due to a bad back. It has lived up to its advertising and my expectations. Extremely comfortable and adjustable. It is just what I needed, I feel better every time I get to my chair, the soft leather is luscious, and the massage function works remarkably well.

USDelivery????? ordered a chair 13 days ago still hasnt shipped, may not be easy massage chair fault, but could have went picked up chair at a dealer but they assured me delivery 7-9 days.
