I’m a physician using the platform I’m a physician using the platform. The company takes money from us even if the patient books erroneously (ie doesn’t realize your practice is fee-for-service) and then doesn’t cancel the appointment. This was not explained clearly to me and there has been no repercussion for poor onboarding experience. There is no manager I can speak to, just the general “service” inbox they constantly direct us to. Just poor customer service for physician. Be weary if you’re a new doc looking to consider them as a marketing engine.

Glad I found them Great office, the atmosphere was friendly and clean. The eye tests were well organized, some offices have you in different rooms back to back. But this experiences was the best, I will go back for another visit.

I used Zocdoc regularly and in the past…but I used Zocdoc regularly and in the past and only once had a problem. When I used it to schedule an appointment with an orthopedist and called the Orthopedists office as requested by a text through Zocdoc I was told that the appointment I booked is not valid as the doctor does not correlate their schedule with Zocdoc and the orthopedist I booked would not be available for weeks after the date of my appointment. Why the heck does Zocdoc even put an appointment schedule up on the site? It's worthless. Why not just say "Call Physicans Office' for appointment? Physician availability would be one of the criteria used in picking a physician. Why put the user through this useless exercise of picking and scheduling appointments that don't really exist.? Be aware.. when you pick an appointment date and time more often than not... it was nothing more than a feel good exercise. And Zocdoc needs to inform it's users that the appointment is not made until you call the physicians office.

Doctor with listening ears This doctor is awesome. I have been going to other dermatologists for years, and I finally found a great doctor who takes time to listen and not rushing to the next patient.
