Great doctor, great staff. The doctors office is great! The wait time is a little much but well worth it. The entire office staff is gracious and accommodating.

Doctor with listening ears This doctor is awesome. I have been going to other dermatologists for years, and I finally found a great doctor who takes time to listen and not rushing to the next patient. I’m a physician using the platform I’m a physician using the platform. The company takes money from us even if the patient books erroneously (ie doesn’t realize your practice is fee-for-service) and then doesn’t cancel the appointment. This was not explained clearly to me and there has been no repercussion for poor onboarding experience. There is no manager I can speak to, just the general “service” inbox they constantly direct us to. Just poor customer service for physician. Be weary if you’re a new doc looking to consider them as a marketing engine.

I waited about 20 minutes before I was… I waited about 20 minutes before I was called back into a room. I am very grateful the dr took the time to hear me out about my struggles and requests. I’m happy with his treatment plan!
