USUSPS lost package & Honeybee stepped up USPS showed my package as delivered and it wasn’t. Honeybee took care of this right away and sent out a replacement shipment of my medication right away - thank you, you guys are great!

US3 year anniversary with Honeybee Health I have passed my 3 year anniversary with Honeybee Health. I stay with Honeybee Health because of the outstanding customer service, the ease of ordering online, and that I can choose which brand of my medication works best for my body - I'm not forced to use one name brand or generic (like local pharmacies) - that is a HUGE positive as I am sensitive to medications. Their prices are competitive also! My meds arrive to my locked mailbox, no more frustrations related to pharmacies (no drive through, long wait lines, meds not ready, etc.). I'm not treated as a number or a med - I'm treated as a human customer with needs, questions, and concerns. I think of Honeybee Health as "family".

USJust in time! For some reason, possibly because of changes in the computer system, my autoship of sumatriptan never came but, when I called, they overnighted it to me. It arrived just in time to stave off another migraine!

PTProblem immediately solved My experiences with Honeybee Health has been very good. If a problem arises with an order, they respond immediately and work at fixing it. The issue had to do with the delivery date - it was unclear when the meds were being shipped, and I was leaving on a vacation. But, they shipped right away and the problem was solved.

USI am extremely thankful I found and use… I am extremely thankful I found and use Honeybee. They are very helpful, fill my order immediately, and I never have to worry about get my meds. Local pharmacies have had to shut down due to a lack of staff. Thank you Honeybee for being there for me and all the others you serve!
