Awful experience Awful experience. Attempted to use this service to get zepbound when it showed it was available. They wanted the most money out of any company I have found but in an act of desperation I quickly contacted my doctor to send a script over and they gladly put a hold on my credit card for the amount. Waited 4 days to find out it actually wasn’t available. I lost 4 days hunting down an already difficult to get medication and then told that I had to tell them I didn’t want to keep the hold for when it randomly comes in. Don’t fall for this. They make you pay extra to ship it to you quickly too cause it's a temperature controlled medication. $35 for 1-2 days. Horrible experience.

Love Honeybee Love Honeybee! They continually exceed in low prices, efficiency and promptness. Customer service is great. Haven't had many problems over the last two years, but when I did, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Great company!

Typically the issue being I didn’t realize I was running low on a med lol. Friendly helpful staff via email and phone. No intentions of ever going back to the box pharmacies in town.

Problem immediately solved My experiences with Honeybee Health has been very good. If a problem arises with an order, they respond immediately and work at fixing it. The issue had to do with the delivery date - it was unclear when the meds were being shipped, and I was leaving on a vacation. But, they shipped right away and the problem was solved.

3 year anniversary with Honeybee Health I have passed my 3 year anniversary with Honeybee Health. I stay with Honeybee Health because of the outstanding customer service, the ease of ordering online, and that I can choose which brand of my medication works best for my body - I'm not forced to use one name brand or generic (like local pharmacies) - that is a HUGE positive as I am sensitive to medications. Their prices are competitive also! My meds arrive to my locked mailbox, no more frustrations related to pharmacies (no drive through, long wait lines, meds not ready, etc.). I'm not treated as a number or a med - I'm treated as a human customer with needs, questions, and concerns. I think of Honeybee Health as "family".
