I had a bad reaction to a generic prescription and the pharmacist I spoke to at Honeybee immediately started working on finding my usual generic brand at pharmacies around my home area! He called 7 of them to see if they had the right generic so he could transfer the prescription over! I have never had such amazing customer service and care at any other pharmacy. Problem immediately solved My experiences with Honeybee Health has been very good. If a problem arises with an order, they respond immediately and work at fixing it. The issue had to do with the delivery date - it was unclear when the meds were being shipped, and I was leaving on a vacation. But, they shipped right away and the problem was solved.
