My first medical visit... My first medical visit, staff could not access my account! Although I had not mailed in additional info (Medicare number), even if I blackmailed it right away it would not have been recieved. For someone thinking I may have a mistake in changing insurances, that is all it took to push me back to my former insurance. Staff was extremely nice and understanding. That is true reason for the 4 stars.

Stephen Dowell spent a good deal of time with my wife and me, which I believe helped him gain insight into our individual Medicare circumstances and needs, and helped him tailor the right plans for each of us. His advice concerning future complications if we choose the wrong plan initially were especially valuable, and I think will save us from serious problems in the future.
