All of this is foreign to me as I always had insurance through my employer and did not need to research on my own. Jisel was transparent with everything and helpful in making sure I made the right choice. Also, Deron Dangerfield was very helpful in explaining drug plans. I appreciate both of these individuals for all that they did to help me with this process, they were professional and personable at the same time.

Lowest Quotes, low in support. They have the lowest quotes, however, once you say yes, forget about getting any further support. I did not care for the Dental plan they shoved on me -- which I promptly cancelled, but all my requests to get additional help in getting a dental plan went unanswered. The way to game the system would be is NOT to agree to BUY a policy UNTIL all your questions have been resolved, because after you've bought the main policy, forget about getting any additional help. That has been my experience.

My first medical visit... My first medical visit, staff could not access my account! Although I had not mailed in additional info (Medicare number), even if I blackmailed it right away it would not have been recieved. For someone thinking I may have a mistake in changing insurances, that is all it took to push me back to my former insurance. Staff was extremely nice and understanding. That is true reason for the 4 stars.
