GBBroken pump issue....resolved with great customer service! The pump was not working on my Night Formula. Gina L. listened to my issue, we tried to resolve it over email, when that did not work, she offered to issue a replacement bottle.

I know some of my email messages are auto generated, but I do have text exchanges with real people and they’re always prompt and helpful.
