It only took ONE week! The first week of using their whole skin care routine, which was by the way catered to my skin needs, I satarted to see results. Like... unbelievable results. I cannot begin to explain how easy it was. For someone who had neglected her face skin for so many years having the ability to stick to just ONE product that covered multiple needs and area problems was a BLESSING. Do not walk, RUN and get your personalized skin care system from the Agency. I love them and their customer care team was ALWAYS going beyond to make sure your concerns were listened and resolved. I love this company!

Overpriced and prescription never adjusted I have used this product for a year now. With each new shipment of $90 the prescription was said that it had changed each time (at my request) but was no different. The cleanser they send never lasted the entire time as ww. You are unable to purchase items individually which is ridiculous in my opinion and I do believe this company does not change future formula to customers requirements and then councils you to “continue using fir longer to see results”. Unfortunate company. After a patient year of using their product I cancelled my subscription today.

Agency skin care products along with their customer service The Agency skincare system is the absolute best and most affordable I’ve been able to find. These products have completely changed my skin. I’m 41 and get compliments all the time on how my complexion is phenomenal and how I look like I’m in my late 20s. Although I’ve taken preventative measure over the years to keep my skin vibrant and young, Agency has pushed me to the next level. I recommend these products 100 times over. I would also like to add, I had my first little issue with billing this morning and customer service went above and beyond to help me! Sammy is the best!!! Do yourself a favor and try these products for a month and see what happens.
