GBOverpriced and prescription never adjusted I have used this product for a year now. With each new shipment of $90 the prescription was said that it had changed each time (at my request) but was no different. The cleanser they send never lasted the entire time as ww. You are unable to purchase items individually which is ridiculous in my opinion and I do believe this company does not change future formula to customers requirements and then councils you to “continue using fir longer to see results”. Unfortunate company. After a patient year of using their product I cancelled my subscription today.

GBResponse Time Impeccable There have been a few glitches in transferring my account from Curology to Agency and everyone has been super helpful, prompt, kind and understanding. I know some of my email messages are auto generated, but I do have text exchanges with real people and they’re always prompt and helpful. Looking forward to starting my new skincare routine with consistency!!
