I bought the larger size and although there was an issue with rub (very gritty) due to a rare production problem. They immediately reached out and sent a replacement. Veterans discount While I have not received your product yet, your customer service has been excellent. I had sent an email out to see if you gave disabled veterans a discount. I did go ahead and place my order before receiving a response. A few hours later I got a response saying that yes I would get a discount but since I had already ordered it it couldn’t be added. She told me that next time I ordered she would also give me a free sample. Very pleased with their service!!!
