I like the body butter as a beauty product, skin nourishment, and it is no more expensive than other things I use; the benefits seem to be greater -face, arms, legs, feet. Using the oil itself on the bottom of my left foot has caused a large and painful callus to shrink to 1/4 inch. I use the patches for long term events, and the ointment on many parts of my body. I take the oil sublingual at various times.
