PRJKT RUBY kicks ASS! I've been getting my birth control through PRJKT RUBY for around five years now. I had started ordering from them right after college when I was shaky on getting myself set up with the right doctor for my needs, and being a young 20 something with no insurance, I was so thankful for PRJKT RUBY being able to keep my birth control consistent. Fast forward to now, with a "big girl job" and the right insurance, I'm STILL choosing to use PRJKT RUBY to obtain my birth control because I know I'm always going to get wonderful, caring people on the other end who are always willing to help. From the doctors to the customer service, they're always fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Overall Overall, Prjkt Ruby is sensational, and I love them. My constructive comments at the moment are A) There is no means on the website to make address adjustments when one is traveling. It must be done by phone, and B) I've gotten something like 8 duplicate e-mailed telling me my order has shipped in 3 days' time. It didn't ruin my day or anything, but that many e-mails from a semi-official source tends to mean SPAM or something is wrong.

Convenient but expensive and inconsistent … It's nice that I can do a video consult. That being said it's expensive, they have messed up my order numerous times, and I am still waiting for my last one that is a rush shipment due to a computer error to even ship after paying extra to have it rushed. I will probably go back to doing it the less easy but more reliable way

Changes Even thought auto renew is 90 days, I get it more frequently. Also, the prescription was changed without talking to me and the new one gives me migraines
